Role Summary
The Team Lead will manage delivery center operations during assigned shifts and support the Delivery Center Manager in implementing operational strategies and improving delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute delivery processes from delivery station to customer address.
- Manage shift operations at delivery centers.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team during peak periods.
- Work closely with delivery associates and build a motivated team.
- Continuously improve delivery processes through training and process improvements.
- Analyze performance reports to identify bottlenecks.
- Implement process improvement frameworks such as Kaizen.
- Ensure high delivery performance and quality standards.
