Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Handle real-time L1 technical support and system escalations.
- Resolve product-related issues to maintain business operations.
- Create debugging playbooks and maintain knowledge management systems.
- Train and guide team members on product and system processes.
- Ensure timely configuration delivery according to SOP guidelines.
- Use data tools to analyze issues and support debugging tasks.
- Provide product feedback and insights to engineering and product teams.

- Manage stakeholder requests and operational processes.
Required Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
- SQL and data analysis
- Experience with data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks

Eligibility Criteria
- 4β5 years experience in tech or product support.
