Role Summary
The Customer Service Executive – Network Operations & Support will be responsible for network maintenance, monitoring systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring reliable network operations for customers and internal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, administer, and troubleshoot network tools and equipment.
- Assist in network installations and infrastructure implementation.
- Perform termination, testing, and labeling of transmission mediums.
- Ensure SLA compliance and maintain service reliability.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments for networks, servers, and applications.
