Role Summary
The AI Trainer will evaluate AI-generated code, identify inconsistencies, and provide feedback to improve machine learning models. This role involves reviewing AI outputs, improving prompts, and helping train AI systems using human insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AI-generated code and debug inconsistencies.
- Rank code outputs based on correctness and efficiency.
- Develop structured hints and prompts for AI learning.
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
- Provide human feedback to improve AI models.
- Assist with AI model fine-tuning using curated datasets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in a product-based company or startup.
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 college.
- Strong written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Compensation
Selected candidates will receive a compensation of approximately $13.75 per hour for up to 20 hours per week with flexible working hours.
