Role Summary

The AI Trainer will evaluate AI-generated code, identify inconsistencies, and provide feedback to improve machine learning models. This role involves reviewing AI outputs, improving prompts, and helping train AI systems using human insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze AI-generated code and debug inconsistencies.
Rank code outputs based on correctness and efficiency.
Develop structured hints and prompts for AI learning.
Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance.
Provide human feedback to improve AI models.
Assist with AI model fine-tuning using curated datasets.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 1 year experience in a product-based company or startup.
Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 college.
Strong written English communication skills.
Attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Compensation
